It weighs between 2.4g and 4g depending on size, is 5ATM water resistant, and lasts up to 7 days on a single charge (up to 60 days with the charging case).

The Rune 1 tracks heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), skin temperature, sleep stages and quality, steps and activity, stress levels, and recovery scores. North, our on-device AI, processes all data locally.

The Rune 1 lasts up to 7 days on a single charge with normal use. The included charging case extends total battery life to approximately 60 days between case charges, so you can travel without a charger for weeks.

Yes, the Rune 1 has a 5ATM water resistance rating. You can wear it while swimming, showering, or in the rain. We recommend removing it for scuba diving or high-pressure water activities.

We provide a sizing guide at /sizing with a simple string measurement and an approximate size chart. If you are between sizes, confirm your fit with the forthcoming Pulsyn sizing kit or a professional jeweller. If your ring does not fit after delivery, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days.

The Rune 1 weighs between 2.4g and 4g depending on ring size, lighter than most smart rings on the market. Most people forget they're wearing it within a day.

Rune 1 works with iPhone (iOS 13 or later) and Android phones (Android 8.0 or later). The Pulsyn app is available on both platforms.

Your health data never leaves your device. The Rune 1 processes all biometric data locally using on-device AI. We architecturally cannot access your health data. This is a technical architecture decision: even if we were compelled to hand over data, we don't have it. This applies to your stored and synced health data. Cloud AI requests (Pulsyn Pro) are processed by Fireworks.ai in the US to generate your answer and aren't retained.

By default, no. All health data stays on your phone. If you opt into the Pro tier ($6/month), cloud features use end-to-end encryption. Your data is encrypted on your device before transmission, stored on EU servers (Frankfurt), and only you hold the decryption keys. We cannot read your data even in transit.

North, our on-device AI, runs entirely on your device. It provides health insights, sleep analysis, and activity recommendations without any internet connection. The Pro tier adds more advanced cloud AI capabilities. Cloud AI requests are processed by Fireworks.ai in the US to generate your answer and aren't retained.

No. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with anyone. Our business model is selling hardware and an optional subscription, not your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Place a $20 reservation through our checkout to secure your place in the first production run of 500 units. You'll receive email updates as we progress through manufacturing. When your ring is ready to ship, you'll be notified with tracking information. Orders are fulfilled in the order they're received.

We expect to ship the Rune 1 in Q3 2026. You'll receive regular email updates on production milestones and any timeline changes. We commit to transparent communication throughout the manufacturing process.

Cancel your reservation anytime before it ships for a full refund. Once your ring arrives, you have 30 days to return it. Email support@pulsyn.tech with your order number to cancel.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor with the highest level of security certification. We never store your card numbers.

The Rune 1 costs $200 USD. The free tier includes unlimited on-device AI health insights at no monthly cost. The optional Pro tier with cloud-enhanced AI features is $6/month.

The Rune 1 comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. If your ring stops working within the warranty period, we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Your choice. Warranty claims are handled at our expense, including return shipping.

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email support@pulsyn.tech with your order number and the size you need, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
