Add-ons: Extended Protection and Case Engraving

When you reserve your Rune 1, you can add two optional items:

• Extended Protection: $30 USD
• Case Engraving: free

You can add these during checkout or update your reservation later by contacting support.

Extended Protection

Extended Protection is a $30 add-on that extends your total coverage to 2 years and adds:

• Accidental damage
• Battery degradation below 80%
• Water damage beyond the standard 5ATM rating

The standard Rune 1 warranty is 1 year and covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions. It does not cover accidental damage, battery degradation, or water damage from misuse. Extended Protection fills that gap.

Case Engraving

Case Engraving lets you add custom text to the lid of your charging case. It is a free add-on for reservations.

Engraving rules

• Maximum 8 characters
• Allowed characters: letters, numbers, spaces, and the symbols .,!?&'–
• Engraving text must not violate our content policies

You can enter your engraving text during checkout. If you need to change it after reserving, contact support@pulsyn.tech with your order number.

Updating your add-ons

To add, remove, or change an add-on after placing your reservation, email support@pulsyn.tech. Include your order number and the change you want to make. We will confirm the updated total before your ring ships.
