How reservations work
Understand the Rune 1 reservation process, deposit, and when the remaining balance is due.

The Rune 1 is currently offered through a reservation system. Placing a reservation secures your place in the production queue and gives you early access to shipping updates.
What you pay now
A $10 USD deposit is collected when you reserve. This deposit is credited toward the full purchase price of the ring and is fully refundable until your order ships.
The remaining balance is collected before your ring ships. You will receive an email with payment instructions and a final chance to confirm your shipping address and ring size.
What happens after you reserve
- Order confirmation: You receive an email with your reservation details and estimated ship window.
- Production updates: We send periodic updates as your ring moves through manufacturing and quality checks.
- Final payment: We collect the remaining balance and confirm your shipping address closer to the ship date.
- Ship notification: You receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Reservations are fulfilled first-come, first-served based on the original reservation date.
Cancelling or changing a reservation
You can cancel your reservation anytime before it ships for a full refund of your deposit. To cancel, email support@pulsyn.tech with your order number.
