What we never do with your data

Pulsyn's business model is selling hardware and an optional subscription. It is not selling, renting, or trading your health data. This article lists the things we do not do.

We do not sell or share your health data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with advertisers, data brokers, partners, or any other third party. We do not use it to build marketing audiences. Your biometric information is yours.

We do not use your data to train AI models

Your health data is never used to train Pulsyn's models or third-party models. Not in anonymized form, not in aggregate, not for research. This applies to on-device data and to any data you choose to sync to the cloud.

We do not run ads against your data

There are no advertising pixels, no ad targeting, and no behavioral advertising based on your health metrics in the Pulsyn app or on our website.

We do not combine your data with outside profiles

We do not enrich your health data with information from social media, credit agencies, or other external sources. We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order and run the app.

We do not give third parties access

The only external services that process data on our behalf are listed in our Privacy Policy, such as Stripe for payments and Resend for transactional email. None of them receive your health data. Cloud AI requests go to Fireworks.ai for answer generation only, and the data is not retained.

We do not change these rules without telling you

Our Privacy Policy states: "We will never reduce your privacy protections without your explicit consent." If we ever make a material change, we will notify you by email and update the policy date.
