Exporting your data

How to export your Rune 1 health data, what formats are available, and what is included.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

You can export your Rune 1 health data directly from the Pulsyn app at any time. No support ticket is required. The export stays on your phone unless you choose to share it.

Where to start

In the Pulsyn app, go to Settings > Data > Export data.

What formats are available

Exports are available in standard formats:

  • JSON: complete structured data, useful for backups or developers.
  • CSV: tabular data, useful for spreadsheets and analysis.

You can choose which format suits your needs before confirming the export.

What is included

The export typically includes:

  • Heart rate and HRV readings
  • Blood oxygen (SpO2) data
  • Skin temperature trends
  • Sleep stages and sleep scores
  • Activity, steps, and workout data
  • Readiness, Body Battery, and Strain history
  • Cycle tracking data, if enabled

Journal entries are not included. Journal data is stored on-device only and never synced, so it is handled separately and is not part of the health-data export bundle. See Using the Journal for how journal privacy works.

What is not included

The export does not include:

  • account credentials or encryption keys
  • data from before the app was installed on this phone
  • app analytics or crash logs

How long it takes

For most users, the export is ready within seconds. If you have a large history, it may take a few minutes to prepare. The file is saved locally on your phone.

After you export

The exported file is yours. You can keep it as a backup, move it to another device, or delete it. Pulsyn does not receive a copy.
