Contact information
- General support: support@pulsyn.tech
- Privacy and data requests: legal@pulsyn.tech
- Founder contact: See About for direct inquiries.
Response times
We aim to respond to general support requests within two business days. Urgent matters are typically handled sooner if you mention "urgent" in the subject line. Privacy and deletion requests are processed within 30 days, with most answered much faster.
Check the FAQ first
Many common questions (shipping status, order changes, sizing exchanges, payment methods, and warranty) are answered on the FAQ page. The Support category covers contact details, warranty, and fit issues. Checking there first can save time.
What to include in your email
To resolve your issue faster, include as much of the following as possible:
- Your Pulsyn account email address
- Order number, if relevant
- Phone model and operating system version
- Pulsyn app version
- Ring size and approximate purchase date
- A clear description of the problem and when it started
- Screenshots, if they help explain the issue
Before you write
Try the relevant troubleshooting article first:
- App won't open or crashes
- Login and account access issues
- Ring not syncing
- Missing or delayed health data
- Notifications not working
- Unexpected or inaccurate readings
- Troubleshooting sync issues (Bluetooth)
If those do not solve it, email us with the details above and we will take it from there.
